Set your camera’s controls, load it into the Aquatech EDGE BASE – FRONT Generic – GREY, and you’re ready to make beautiful and exciting images or videos in the surf, the pool, or as deep as 10 meters below the water’s surface. The generic housing is not dedicated to a particular camera. Instead, it requires a camera-specific AquaTech EDGE Base Adapter Kit, which includes a camera plate and cable release, allowing multiple camera bodies to be used with the same housing. The dual shutter controls and zoom dial can be operated in the water; other controls must be set in advance. Separately sold lens ports and zoom gears are necessary to use the housing. The housing is made of glass-filled polycarbonate with 316 stainless steel and aluminum controls, and it weighs 1.36 kg.
