Gitzo Centre Ball Head Series 2
The Gitzo GH2780QD Centre Ball Heads is designed to be an extremely balanced product, that not only guarantee a high max load but also maximizes other key features including minimized drift angle, reduced weight, lowered center of gravity, increased range of tilt angle, compactness, ergonomics, and safety.
GH2780QD is the popular Series 2 version and features a hybrid quick release system which comes with an Arca-style plate but also accepts the traditional Gitzo C-profile plates. The camera/plate can be snapped into the head from above, which is faster and easier than trying to slide it in from the side. By simply removing the adaptor from the head, it will also take Gitzo C-profile plates, especially useful for photographers who already own and use our plates as standard.
