The levelling base of the Gitzo GSLVLS Leveling Base for Systematic Tripods features a lightweight aluminium construction which adds a negligible 0.4kg to your existing tripod setup. The standard 3/8"-16 top mounting screw will accommodate most tripod heads and is connected to a tightening lever to secure the head and prevent unwanted twisting.
