The Kase 112mm KW Revolution Magnetic ND1000 Filter (10-Stop) is part of Kase’s color-coded KW Revolution filter system, which is based on their earlier Wolverine series and is fully compatible with Wolverine filters. The overall KW Revolution system features CPL and different grades of ND filters, all with color-coded filter frames for easy identification and swapping. The ND1000 filters, including this 112mm version, are color-coded red.

The filter is made with shock-resistant and water-resistant optical glass that’s durable and easy to clean, and that doesn’t cause any color cast. Also, in addition to being magnetic, the filter is front-threaded. This is one of the differences between the KW Revolution series and the earlier Wolverine series.
