The SMDV Dodecagon Speedbox Alpha 90cm without speed ring is a 12-sided softbox with a diameter of 90 centimeters designed for use with modeling lamps with a power of up to 300 watts. All you have to do is flip out the bars. The softbox can be folded just as quickly by unlocking the rods with the pins on the back of a speed ring. By using the softbox, the light from the flash is softened, so that you get better exposure to the subject.
The Speedbox design includes a double diffuser with the inner diffuser helping to further soften the light and reduce hot spots. Both diffusers are removable. The SMDV Speedbox is made from ripstop nylon to minimize wear. The inside of the Speedlite softbox has a silver-colored coating for maximum reflection of the light. Thanks to the ingenious and patented folding system, the SMDV Speedbox is ideal for professional photographers who work a lot on location!
