- The Renewable Mobile Group runs through an extensive testing process before preparing any device for redistribution. The device is evaluated and data cleansed using accredited software which means all data is wiped and new software installed.
- At this stage the device also goes through a 50 point diagnostics process to ensure all functions are working and functional. Should any of these functions fail then the device is diverted to the Renewable Mobile Group technical department for evaluation.
- The device will then go through a cosmetic grading, and depending upon its usability it may be repaired, software updated, recycled or alternatively it may be used for spare parts.

- Renewable Mobile Group grading policy reflects at the cosmetics of the device. All of Renewable Mobile Group devices have passed Renewable Mobile Group rigorous 50 point functionality test, every device is individually checked for locks from any carriers, MDM, iCloud, FRP or Blacklisting.
