This pre-owned Kenko  Achromatic 5x Loupe – Black  (Close up viewing eyepiece) is an accessory exclusively designed for viewing Negs, Slides, Contact Prints.

A high quality all-purpose 5x magnification loupe that covers the 6×6 frame, with high eye-point. Distortion free. Adjustable focusing lens. The base is built with a translucent skirt for viewing prints or slides. Multicoated, Lens construction 2 Groups, 3 Elements with a 55mm effective field of view.  Dimensions: 2.5 x 2.7˝ (64 x 68mm). Weighs just 7.4 oz. (210g).   A loupe is a simple, small magnification device used to see small details more closely. They generally have higher magnification than a magnifying glass, and are designed to be held or worn close to the eye. A loupe does not have an attached handle, and its focusing lens are contained in an opaque cylinder or cone.
