This clean, pre-owned Nikon F-801s was the semi-pro model in a new line of auto-focus Nikon 35mm film SLR cameras at the time. The Nikon F-801s was the first of a new breed of Nikon SLRs with multiple metering and exposure modes. The F801s has a spot metering mode and multi-segment and centre-weighted metering. The F801s also had faster autofocusing, better focus tracking, and built-in film autowind. It sported an LCD display and menus. It is powered by 4 AA Alkaline batteries, which are included.

The camera is film-tested and works well mechanically.
