This well-used pre-owned Sekonic L-418 is a hand-held exposure meter released in 1977. It was designed as a more modern electronic version of the Sekonic L-398 with a similar physical shape and rotating light sensor head based on the Norwood Director.

Incident and reflective measurements can be taken by rotating the dial pointer to the desired click-stop position. The meter automatically rotates the inner shutter dial when a reading is taken. A rotating lock surrounds the measure button, preventing accidental usage. The meter also has one continuous metering scale and does not require setting the meter into a high or low mode. At a glance, you then have a full range of Aperture/Shutter Combinations. 

This Sekonic L-418. is fitted with L418 Sekonic Viewer ( 10° Spotmeter Attachment)
